The term means that a corporation should be accountable to a community, as well as to shareholders, for its actions and operations. Per RVCC’s CSR policy, it aims to demonstrate a goal of upholding ethical values, as well as respecting people, communities and the environment. The organization undertakes to monitor its compliance with its stated CSR policy and report this with the same frequency that it reports its financial results.
CSR has been broadened to encompass improving productivity and competitiveness, including increasing employment opportunities for citizens in the private sector. For example, the creation of the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) in the year 2000 was to achieve rapid and sustainable economic growth and foster investment opportunities in sectors that are essential for safeguarding the welfare of future generations.

With an objective of the great saying that goes as “A sound body has a sound mind”, RVCC encourages sports and motivational sessions within its organization. Periodical sports activities within RVCC ensures develop a ‘Team building’ spirit and an element of ‘Healthy Competition’ among each other. The essence of fitness reflects on the quality work of each employee as well as other activities.
RVCC sponsors several matches and tournaments. Contests are also held to put to test the skill, toughness, stamina and endurance of values of participants. Medals and awards are an incentive to players to achieve excellence and a high standard of performance in their respective fields.
It is an ongoing practice of RVCC to apportion a part of all its revenues towards charity purpose and in turn for the good of the society. We extend our helping hand to the distant places, where thousands of the needy and the weak people await our help and sympathy. RVCC is continuously improving the lives of orphans, old age people, ailing people in the society, other philanthropic foundations such as to provide free clean water, camps for battle against cancer.
