In this course, we use a variety of teaching methods to enhance what we have learned and make it easier to find information when needed in the workplace. Every theory discussed is put into practice. Learning methods include role-playing, case study discussions, self-assessments and other practical activities based on real work scenarios. Learning success is also enhanced by active participation in exercise while evaluating subsequent performance. Opportunities are provided for self-assessment and feedback is encouraged on individual and group performance. Participants will also have the opportunity to work on solving the problems of their teams during the programme.
